The platform ensures the highest level of property monetization, maintenance, and utilization at the lowest cost possible. The working hours are flexible, catering to clients' needs from Monday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.The client reviews indicate excellent customer service, with most clients appreciating the prompt responses, clear communication, and exceptional support from the team. The review from Vicky is notable as they mentioned having a good experience during their first month with Ziprent. However, the occasional delayed responses from the team, as mentioned in Kevin's review, might be a drawback. It is suggested that clients who require urgent assistance reach out to the Escalations team for faster support.Despite this minor issue, the overall experience at this location seems to be overwhelmingly positive, with most clients expressing their satisfaction with the service and recommending it to others. The review from Suraj highlights the exceptional customer service, making the process smooth and stress-free.
