Zen Junk’s office junk removal is a great service for businesses in need of efficient and eco-friendly waste management. Their team is professional and reliable, taking care of furniture, electronics, and other unwanted items. The company's strong focus on customer service is evident in their friendly and helpful staff. The location on W Kennedy Blvd Boulevard, Suite 100 in Tampa City is easily accessible and well-signposted, making it simple to find. The company's working hours, including extended hours on Saturdays and a later start on Sundays, accommodate a variety of schedules. However, it's worth noting that they could improve their communication with clients by being more proactive and transparent in their estimate process. The service options available, such as onsite services and online estimates, are convenient and cater to different customer preferences. The company's partnership with Zen Junk Removal demonstrates their commitment to expanding their services and offering more to their clients. The only area for improvement is ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's values, as there have been instances of subpar communication with clients.
