This location is a decent place to live, with a good balance between affordability and quality of life. The park's cleanliness and maintenance are impressive, with well-manicured lawns and tidy mobile homes. However, some residents have mentioned that the community can be quite noisy, with kids and pets present, which may be a concern for those looking for a quiet retreat. While the park's owner and management staff are generally pleasant and helpful, there have been some issues with inconsistent rules and policies, which can be frustrating for residents. Additionally, some reviewers have mentioned that the park's age restrictions are not always enforced, which can lead to a lack of peace and quiet for older residents. On the positive side, the park's location is convenient, with easy access to amenities and services in Zephyrhills. The park also offers a range of activities and events, which can help foster a sense of community among residents.Overall, this park is a solid choice for those looking for an affordable place to live in a convenient location. However, prospective residents should be aware of the potential noise and enforcement issues, and be prepared to communicate with management to ensure their needs are met.
