This business offers a wide range of services including roof repair, roofing contractor, construction and development, construction and modeling, and insulation contractor. They have a physical location at Building 7211, 1st Ave S Street, St. Petersburg City, and work closely with Z-T Insulation's & Roofing Service Petersburg, FL. The business operates 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with no Sunday hours.
One issue that stands out is the disregard for basic rules of the road, as mentioned in one of the client reviews. It's unclear if this is an isolated incident or a recurring problem.
Despite this, the business has received numerous 5-star reviews praising their professionalism, quality work, and attention to detail. Clients have reported thorough attic insulation, efficient mold removal, and meticulous construction details. The team has also been commended for their clear communication, respect, and cleanliness.
However, two negative reviews have mentioned code violations and a stop work order issued by the city due to careless disregard for the neighborhood. The reviews also mentioned the business causing a problem with storm drains and putting others in danger by driving recklessly.
It's worth noting that the business has also been referred to as a "Michelin-rated builder" and a "very high-quality company" by multiple clients, suggesting a high level of expertise and attention to detail in their work. Overall, while there are some concerns, the business appears to have a strong track record of quality work and customer satisfaction.
