This storage facility is a well-established and reliable option in the area. With a wide range of positive reviews, it's clear that the staff are friendly and helpful, with many praising the customer service they received. Keith and Kip, in particular, are mentioned multiple times as being very knowledgeable and professional. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with many reviewers commenting on its modern and secure design. One of the standout features is the ability to drive right into the building to access storage units, making it a convenient option for those with large or heavy items. The prices are also very competitive, making it a great value for those in need of storage. However, there is one issue that needs to be addressed: the facility's website does not accurately reflect its working hours. While the staff are available to assist with storage unit rentals and other needs, the website lists the facility as being closed on certain days of the week, which may cause confusion for potential customers. This issue should be corrected to ensure that all customers have access to accurate information.
