This location has a great working relationship with customers, indicated by high ratings in the reviews. People appreciate the staff's kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness to their needs. Many customers have had a pleasant experience buying their vehicles here, and some have even returned to purchase additional cars. The sales team is helpful, and the financing options are reasonable. However, there is one instance of a customer being misled about the car's price, and the business's response to this issue could be improved. A more transparent and detailed explanation of the pricing would be beneficial to avoid confusion and maintain trust with customers. The business has a wide selection of used cars, which is a major advantage for customers looking for a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car for each customer's needs. The business is also open to working with customers who may have had past issues with credit or other financial concerns.Overall, this location appears to be a great choice for customers looking for a used car, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
