This gym has both good and bad qualities. On the positive side, the gym is generally clean and has a good variety of equipment, which is great for those who like to work out in a peaceful environment. However, there are some complaints about the staff being rude and condescending, which is a major turn-off for many customers. Additionally, some members have reported issues with miscommunication and unexpected charges, which can be frustrating and distrustful. The gym's hours of operation are also a bit restrictive, which may not be suitable for those who like to work out outside of peak hours. On the other hand, the gym's prices are relatively competitive and affordable, which is a major plus. One notable issue that has been mentioned by several customers is the behavior of one staff member, who is described as condescending and rude. This has been a major complaint, and it's something that the gym needs to address in order to improve customer satisfaction.Overall, this gym has the potential to be a great place to work out, but it needs to work on addressing some of the issues that have been raised by customers. With a bit of improvement in customer service and communication, this gym could become a top choice for fitness enthusiasts.
