The experience at this yoga studio was excellent. The instructors, including Nathaly, were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about yoga and Ayurveda. They created a safe and peaceful environment for their students to practice and learn. The classes were well-structured and included a variety of techniques, from gentle stretches to more challenging poses. The Ayurvedic consultations were also very helpful in understanding one's dosha and how to balance it through diet and lifestyle. The massages and facials were incredibly relaxing and left the skin feeling rejuvenated. The only minor issue was with the availability of the studio, as it was not open every day of the week. However, this did not detract from the overall experience, and the staff were always responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall, this yoga studio is a great place to learn about yoga, Ayurveda, and self-care, and to connect with like-minded individuals.
