The business is located in a convenient spot, with free parking available. The shop is open late, making it a great option for those who need to make a quick visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with some employees being particularly knowledgeable about the products they sell. Many reviewers have praised the helpfulness of staff members like Amanda, who have gone above and beyond to assist customers. However, there have been some issues with customer service, such as employees being unfriendly or unhelpful.Despite the occasional mishap, the shop has a great selection of products, including a variety of vapes, hookahs, and other smoking accessories. Prices are generally competitive, although some reviewers have noted that they can be a bit higher than at other shops in the area. One issue that has been mentioned by several reviewers is the inconsistent quality of products. Some reviewers have experienced problems with vapes malfunctioning or being defective, which can be frustrating for customers. It's worth noting that the shop has a loyalty program and offers discounts, which can be a nice perk for regular customers.Overall, the shop seems to be a popular destination for those in the area who are looking for a wide selection of smoking accessories. While there have been some issues with customer service and product quality, the shop's friendly staff and convenient location make it a worthwhile visit for many customers. One issue that the business needs to improve is the inconsistent quality of their products. There have been several instances where customers have experienced problems with vapes malfunctioning or being defective. While the shop has made efforts to address these issues, it's clear that more work needs to be done to ensure that all products meet a certain standard of quality.
