The resort's proximity to other theme parks and attractions makes it an ideal base for families looking to explore the area. However, some guests have mentioned that the resort could benefit from a bit of maintenance and TLC, particularly in regards to the pools and water park. Some reviewers have reported issues with the condition of the pool areas, including broken features and sharp spots on the pool floor.Overall, this resort is a great choice for families and those looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. However, it's worth keeping in mind that it may not be the best option for those looking for a luxurious or high-end experience. The resort's spacious condos, free shuttle service, and convenient location make it an excellent value for the price. However, some guests have reported issues with the condition of the pool areas, which may be a drawback for some. The resort's innovativeness is evident in its use of technology, such as the Ride Reunion app, which makes it easy for guests to navigate the resort and schedule shuttle pickups.
