I recently visited the condominium complex located at Building 2303, Butterfly Palm Way Street, Apartment 102, in Kissimmee City. Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience. The complex is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and has a serene atmosphere. However, there were some issues with the quality of the facilities.The amenities available to residents, such as the swimming pool, are a big plus. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool during my stay. On-site parking is also a convenient feature, and the parking lot is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the entrance to the complex is not well-maintained and could use some renovation.The complex is a condominium managed by Wyndham Palms Condominium, and while the management seems to be doing a good job with the amenities, there are some issues with the overall condition of the facilities. Despite this, I would still recommend this complex to others.The complex is part of a larger condominium community, and it's clear that the owners take pride in their property. However, some attention to detail is needed to maintain the quality of the facilities. There were some maintenance issues with the facilities, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but some work is needed to make it perfect.
