The building is wheelchair accessible with a parking lot and entrance. However, the business itself seems to have inconsistent quality and pricing is not always reflective of value. Internet stopped working for some customers and took several days to fix. False advertising and waste of time are also mentioned. Some clients had issues with equipment charges after cancellation. The business seems to prioritize technology as indicated by the partnerships and services provided. However, this focus on tech may not always translate to a seamless customer experience. One client received a promotional poster with a unusual design that they appreciated. Service was great during installation for some clients, but issues arose with cancellation and billing.
