This location is a solid choice for pet owners in the Lakewood Ranch area. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming, with many reviewers praising the store's cleanliness and variety of products. The groomers seem to take the time to understand each pet's individual needs, and the results are often impressive. However, some reviewers have expressed concerns about the pricing, which can be steep for some services. Additionally, there have been a few instances of pets returning home with injuries or poor cuts, which is a major issue that needs to be addressed. Overall, this location has its strengths and weaknesses, and pet owners should weigh their options carefully before choosing a groomer. It's also worth noting that some reviewers have reported issues with communication and follow-through from the management team, which can be frustrating for customers.
