The location of this business is not the most convenient, located in Building 800, S M.L.K. Jr Ave Avenue in Clearwater City, which might not be easily accessible for everyone. However, the phone number +17274435110 is available for those who need to contact them. It's worth noting that Woody's Funeral Home is associated with this business, which might be helpful for those in need of funeral services. The third-party rating of 1.8 indicates a generally poor experience for many customers. Some clients have reported issues with the professionalism of the funeral director, Woody, who was described as unprofessional, unconcerned, and rude. There were several complaints about the quality of the funeral services provided. For example, one client's loved one looked unrecognizable in the picture, and another client's grandma looked unrecognizable as well. Additionally, the condition of the hearse was criticized, with one client describing it as "old" and in need of crushing. This suggests that the business may have some issues with attention to detail and maintenance of their equipment. On the other hand, one client had a positive experience, describing the funeral director and his staff as nice and kind when their wife passed away. However, this positive experience is not representative of the overall trend of negative reviews. The issue of poor service, unprofessional behavior, and lack of attention to detail is a major concern for this business. The location may not be the most convenient, but it's the overall quality of service that seems to be the main problem.
