This hotel has a mixed reputation, with some guests praising the friendly staff and convenient location, while others express disappointment with the cleanliness and pest issues. While some guests appreciate the hotel's amenities, others note that they are limited, and the rooms can be noisy due to the lack of sound insulation. Some guests mention that the hotel seems to cater more to long-term residents, which can lead to noise and disruptions. Despite these issues, the hotel seems to be making an effort to improve, with some guests mentioning that the staff is attentive and willing to help. The hotel's location is a major plus, with many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby. However, the hotel's lack of security and the presence of undesirable guests have been concerns for some guests. Overall, this hotel may be a good option for those looking for an affordable place to stay, but may not be the best choice for those who prioritize cleanliness, quiet, and security.
