The apartment complex at Building 8609, Postwood Cir Circle, Tampa City is a decent place to live, with some benefits and drawbacks. The complex is well-maintained, with a swimming pool and a fitness center, which is a plus. The staff, particularly the management team, seems to be friendly and helpful, as evident from the reviews. However, the quality of the apartments varies, with some residents complaining about the outdated conditions and maintenance issues. The pricing seems to be a bit steep, considering the quality of the apartments. The innovativeness of the complex is commendable, with some residents praising the new management's efforts to improve the place. Despite the positives, there are some significant issues, including roach and rat infestations, mold and mildew, and unresponsive maintenance staff. Some residents have reported feeling frustrated with the customer service, and there have been complaints about the dishonesty of the management team. Overall, the complex has its good points, but it's essential to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
