This place is a gem for retirees and snowbirds, offering a luxurious mobile home resort community with plenty of amenities. The grounds are well-maintained, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. The management team seems to be responsive to concerns, and the community has a strong sense of community.
The community has plenty of activities and social events, making it easy to meet new people and stay engaged. The amenities, such as the two community centers, pools, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and shuffleboard courts, are top-notch and perfect for a relaxed retirement lifestyle.
One thing to note is that the lot rent increases over time, which might be a concern for some residents. However, the community has a solid management company and a reasonable rent, making it a great option for those looking for a 55+ park.
Overall, this community is a great place to call home, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere, plenty of amenities, and a strong sense of community. It's a great place to spend your retirement years or enjoy a relaxing winter getaway.
