This sports club provides excellent service, evident from the high overall rating of 4.9. The quality of their training and coaching is impressive, with most parents praising their dedication and professionalism. While some parents have mentioned that the coaches can be too focused on the boys' group, this issue seems to be an exception rather than the norm. The pricing is fair, with many parents mentioning that it's worth the investment for their children's development. However, the innovativeness of the club is somewhat lacking, with some parents suggesting that the training methods and games could be more varied and engaging. The coaches and staff are enthusiastic and committed to helping the children improve, but the overall experience could be enhanced with more creativity and innovation in their training programs. One major issue that stands out is the response from the owner to a parent's negative review, which came across as defensive and dismissive. This highlights a need for the club to work on its customer service skills and respond more professionally to negative feedback. Overall, Wizards Soccer Academy is a well-regarded club that provides a supportive and challenging environment for children to develop their soccer skills, but could benefit from some improvements in its training methods and customer service.
