The company has a strong reputation, with an overall rating of 4.7 stars. The quality of their work is exceptional, with many customers praising the attention to detail and craftsmanship. The pricing is competitive, but some customers have mentioned that it can be a bit high. The innovativeness of the company is impressive, with a focus on using the latest technology and techniques to create unique and beautiful pools. Overall, Winway Pools is a great choice for anyone looking to build a high-quality pool. One area for improvement is the issue with no-shows, as mentioned by one customer who had a 5:30 appointment and was not contacted by the company. This is a significant concern, as it can cause inconvenience and delays in the project. However, this issue appears to be an isolated incident, and the company has a strong reputation overall.
