Winter Haven Storage is a reliable choice for your storage needs. The facility offers on-site parking and is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to navigate and store your belongings. The staff is professional and helpful, providing great customer service. Debit and credit cards are accepted for payment, making it convenient for customers. However, some issues may arise due to neighboring units. As mentioned by one customer, a neighboring unit was rented out and the renter was present for hours, smoking inside, which affected the smell of the storage unit. The working hours are standard and consistent, operating 7 days a week from 7:00 to 19:00. This allows customers to access their storage units at a time that suits them. The facility's security and storage capabilities are praised by many customers, who appreciate the lights and new locks provided. Some customers also appreciate the ease of access to their units and the accommodating nature of the staff when it comes to larger spaces.Overall, Winter Haven Storage is a good option for those seeking secure and convenient storage solutions. However, neighboring unit issues may be a concern.
