I've been to this location several times, as it houses my loved one. First of all, it's very easy to get to as the building is wheelchair accessible from the entrance to the restrooms and parking lots. The building itself is a bit old, and it shows. Staff members are generally kind and helpful, but there are moments when they seem overwhelmed. They work hard to keep the place running smoothly. The facility has a lot of amenities, including good food and a great therapy department. Some staff members, like Kirsten, go above and beyond to help with patient needs. There are some problems, however. Several patients have experienced neglect or abuse, including the family member I'm visiting. The staff seems overworked and understaffed. There have been instances of patients being sent to the hospital with severe infections, and some have even come back with worse conditions than when they left. While some staff members are genuinely caring, others seem to prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their patients. The cleanliness of the facility is another concern, with some patients reporting finding cockroaches in their beds and dirty bathrooms. The pricing varies depending on the services and the duration of stay. I wouldn't recommend this place for long-term care.
