I visited the Winter Haven City government office, located in Building 1803 on Havendale Blvd NW Street. The building is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. I was impressed by the friendly firefighters from the co-branded Winter Haven City Fire Station 5, who were happy to show off their equipment to a young visitor and her parent. However, the interior of the office could be improved to better meet the needs of its citizens. One thing that stood out was the lack of clear signage or information about the services offered by the office.
