Neal Communities is a well-established construction company located at Building 494, Pinebrook Rd Road, Nokomis City. They have a proven track record of providing over 19,000 Florida home buyers with innovative floor plans, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional communities. The company's development near Laurel Rd off of Pinebrook is a popular choice, with single-family homes available from the mid 200s. The neighborhood is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot designed for easy access. However, one potential concern is the issue of neighborhood harassment. Some neighbors have reported being harassed by their neighbors who take issue with visitors, leading to a unwelcoming atmosphere in the community.Despite this issue, Neal Communities is still a reputable company with a strong reputation. Their commitment to quality and innovation is evident in their work, and they continue to be a top choice for home buyers in the area. Overall, Neal Communities is a solid choice for those looking for a new home, but potential buyers should be aware of the neighborhood dynamics.
