Windward Knoll is a wonderful community that offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for 55+ individuals. The property is well-maintained, with clean and beautiful grounds that make you feel right at home. The management is friendly and inviting, and the community is always welcoming to new residents. The RV section is a great place to park your vehicle, with full hookups and amenities like a laundry facility and dog walk. The pool is a lovely spot to relax and soak up the sun, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. However, there is one issue that stands out - the water problem. Residents have reported issues with the water supply, including frequent power outages and low water pressure. This can be frustrating for those who rely on the water for their daily needs.Despite this issue, Windward Knoll remains a great place to live, with a strong sense of community and a beautiful natural setting. The management is working hard to address the water issue, and the property is continually being improved to meet the needs of its residents.Overall, Windward Knoll is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing community to call home. Just be aware of the water issue and do your research before making a decision.
