Windsor Manor provides apartments for rent in the Tampa, FL area. The location is well-served by the working hours of the office staff. The area has many amenities, including a swimming pool, pet dog park, and on-site parking. However, the community has had issues with pests, and some residents have reported being towed for parking in unauthorized areas. Despite this, many residents have praised the friendly and helpful office staff, particularly Karen and Carmen. The apartments are spacious, and maintenance is usually quick to respond to requests. However, some residents have experienced delays in getting repairs done, and there have been issues with parking. Overall, Windsor Manor is a decent place to live, but it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who value a pest-free living environment. The office staff's helpfulness is a significant plus, but the parking situation and maintenance response time could be improved.Reviewers have reported several issues with the community, including pests, parking, and maintenance response time. Some reviewers have praised the friendly office staff, while others have been unhappy with their experience. One reviewer reported being towed for parking in an unauthorized area, which they felt was unfair. Others have reported delays in getting repairs done, and some have experienced issues with parking. However, many reviewers have praised the spacious apartments and the community's amenities, such as the swimming pool and pet dog park.
