The maintenance team, particularly Jose, is professional and knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to fix issues. The community is also pet-friendly, with a dog park and on-site parking.On the other hand, there are some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Some residents have reported finding mold and cockroaches in their apartments, and there have been problems with trash not being properly taken out. The leasing staff has also been criticized for being unresponsive and unhelpful at times.Overall, the community has a lot of potential, but it needs to address its cleanliness and maintenance issues to live up to its full potential. With a better maintenance team and more effective communication with residents, Windsor Highwoods Preserve Apartments could be a great place to live.
