Window Decor & Design in Venice City is a small, family-owned business that offers a wide range of window treatment solutions, including plantation shutters, blinds, and shades. The company has a strong reputation for providing excellent customer service and high-quality products. The business has a user-friendly website and is easily accessible by car, with a free parking lot available on-site. Customers can pay using various methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The business is wheelchair accessible, with a designated parking lot and entrance. One of the standout features of Window Decor & Design is its commitment to customer satisfaction. Many customers have praised the company's professional and courteous staff, including installers like Michael Neer and Alex. The company's sales team, including Tony and Anita, have also been commended for their knowledge and helpfulness. However, one area where the company falls short is in its ability to handle complex or custom orders. Some customers have reported issues with their products, including incorrect measurements and installation problems. One customer, Susanne Frye, had a particularly frustrating experience with the company, which resulted in a low rating.Despite this, Window Decor & Design has a generally positive reputation and is well-regarded by many customers. The company's commitment to customer satisfaction and its wide range of products make it a good option for those in the market for new window treatments.
