This location appears to be a solid option for those looking for a mobile home community. The features of having onsite services and a co-brand with Winding Creek Mobile Home Park are definite advantages. However, some issues have been reported, such as a run-down appearance and poor management. It seems that the community has had its ups and downs over the years, with some renovations being made but not all being successful. Some reviewers have mentioned that the park has improved under new management, with improvements such as new roads, city water, and a laundromat. Others have noted the friendly and quiet atmosphere, with beautiful landscapes and a strong sense of community. On the other hand, there have been reports of difficult administrators, ambiguity, and even rudeness. Some reviewers have also mentioned that the park can be a party destination, which may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet living environment. One notable issue is the reputation of the park being difficult to contact and having poor communication with administrators. This seems to be a recurring theme in some of the reviews, and it may be worth taking into consideration when deciding to rent or live here. Overall, Celebrate Communities & Homes seems to be a decent option for those seeking a mobile home community, but it's essential to weigh the pros and cons and consider the potential issues that may arise.
