This home and daily service location has a pretty solid reputation, but there's still some room for improvement. The staff here seem to be knowledgeable and skilled, but the overall quality of service could be better. However, the pricing is very reasonable and a major plus. It's great to see that they're innovative and willing to try new things, even if it's not always successful.
One thing that stands out is the unusual claim that there are voices coming from inside the well. While it might make for a great ghost hunting spot, it's not exactly what you'd expect from a water utility company.
