The community is well-maintained with clean facilities. The pool is sparkling clean, and the neighborhood is suitable for families. The community center has a nice bathroom, and the park is a great feature. The neighborhood is well-located, close to everything. However, there is an issue with the construction quality in some of the homes. Some neighbors have reported problems with their homes, such as leaking windows, ruined flooring, and poor workmanship. It seems that some homeowners have experienced difficulties with the builder, including no warranty policy and passing the buck on issues. The neighborhood has a dumpster outside the pool, and the trees could use professional trimming. One person reported a strong smell from the bathrooms. Despite these issues, the community is still a nice place to live, and many residents have had positive experiences.
