I have been to this location several times and had an excellent experience every time. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They always make me feel at ease and address all my concerns. The doctor, Dr. Cogburn, is kind, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. I've never had to wait long for my appointment, and the follow-up care has always been prompt and helpful. The office is well-organized, and the staff is efficient. One thing that I'd like to mention is that the restroom is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for people with mobility issues. However, I did notice that the parking lot could be a bit crowded at times. Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a primary care physician.
