This business location is an excellent option for those seeking top-quality window tinting solutions. The expert technicians at WildThangz 2 provide exceptional service, ensuring that customers receive high-quality results every time. Their competitive pricing makes it an even more attractive option, with most clients being satisfied with the value they receive. However, it's worth noting that there have been some issues with customer service in the past. Some clients have reported being met with rudeness or a lack of professionalism, which is a concerning issue for a business that prides itself on providing excellent service. Additionally, one client had a negative experience with the installation of a wrap on their hood, citing poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. Despite these issues, the majority of clients have reported being extremely satisfied with their experience at WildThangz 2. Many have praised the technicians for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. The business has also received high marks for its cleanliness and organization, making it a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. To improve, the business could focus on addressing the issues with customer service and ensuring that all technicians are held to the same high standards of quality and professionalism. With a few tweaks, WildThangz 2 could become an even more exceptional business location, deserving of a 5-star rating.
