This location is a decent choice for those looking for a place to live. The overall experience is average, with some positives and negatives. The quality of the housing complex is just okay, with some areas that could be improved. On the other hand, the pricing is very competitive, making it a great value for the money. The innovativeness of the complex is noteworthy, with some modern features that make life easier. The complex is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for those with mobility issues. However, some minor issues with the parking lot could be a concern for those who plan to visit often. The co-branding with Whitehurst Mobile Home Park adds to the complex's reputation and convenience for residents. Overall, it's a solid choice for those looking for a place to call home.
