The location is easy to access and offers wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, which is a convenient feature. The business is located in a mobile home park, Whispering Pines Mobile Home Prk, which provides a sense of community for its residents. The park has a mix of old and newer park models, which may affect the overall appearance of the area. However, it is well-maintained, with clean yards and amenities, which is a plus. Some reviewers have mentioned that the pool heater is broken, which is a drawback. The staff and management are generally friendly and attentive, which contributes to the positive atmosphere of the park. The location is also close to a DG store, making it a convenient place to live. Overall, it's a good place to consider, but be aware of the pool heater issue.
