Wheeler Construction is a well-established home builder with a physical address in Inverness City. The company's working hours are consistent, with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 08:00 to 16:00. Unfortunately, clients may face issues with responsiveness, as seen in the instance where a customer's comment was dismissed as they had no record of the customer. From the collected data, it's clear that Wheeler Construction has a diverse range of services, including custom home building, garage design and construction, and other construction-related services. The company seems to have a good track record of quality work, especially as witnessed in the experiences of several satisfied clients who appreciated the quality of work, attention to detail, and the commitment to maintaining timelines. However, there are instances of clients facing significant issues with their homes built by Wheeler Construction, including problems with workmanship, poor customer service, and misrepresentation of their services. These instances highlight a lack of quality control and professionalism in the company's operations. In terms of pricing, it appears that Wheeler Construction is generally competitive, with some clients appreciating the value for money they received from the company. However, there are instances where clients felt that they were misled about the costs and timelines of their projects. Innovativeness is an area where Wheeler Construction seems to excel, with many clients praising the company's willingness to work with them to create custom homes that meet their specific needs. The company's ability to adapt to clients' requirements and provide innovative solutions is a significant strength. Overall, Wheeler Construction is a business with a mixed reputation, offering both positive and negative experiences for its clients. While the company has a strong track record of quality work and customer service, it has also faced criticism for issues with responsiveness, quality control, and professionalism. As with any business, it's essential to exercise caution and thoroughly research the company before working with them.
