This location seems to have its ups and downs. On one hand, the majority of the reviews praise the people who work here, describing them as nice and great. Some reviewers have also appreciated the facility itself, mentioning that it's clean and well-maintained. On the other hand, there are a few issues that have been raised. Some reviewers have complained about the management, describing them as shady and terrible people. There have also been reports of black mold and criminal elements in the area. One of the main concerns is the reputation of the corporate company, Fourth Wind Properties, which seems to be a subject of controversy. Some reviewers have questioned the legitimacy of the company's practices, including the application fees and the way they handle rentals. It's worth noting that not all reviewers have had a negative experience, and some have even mentioned enjoying the pizzas here, but these comments seem to be isolated. Overall, the location seems to have a mixed reputation, and potential customers should be aware of the issues that have been raised. The location is easily accessible and has a wide range of services, including automotive and boat service, parkings, and mobile home park. The staff seems to be friendly, and the facility is generally well-maintained. However, the corporate company's reputation and the issues with management and maintenance are concerns that need to be addressed. As with any location, it's essential to do your research and read multiple reviews before making a decision.
