This resort offers a great location for families and couples, with spacious rooms and amenities that cater to all age ranges. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many guests mentioning their positive experiences with the front desk staff, particularly Christina and Sara. The resort's cleanliness and maintenance are also noteworthy, with many guests commenting on the clean rooms and public areas. However, some guests have experienced issues with noise and disruptions, particularly with the pool area and the proximity to Disney. Additionally, some guests have reported difficulties with the resort's amenities, such as the pool being closed for maintenance or the hot tub not functioning properly.Overall, Westgate Towers Resort is a solid choice for families and couples looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Disney. While there may be some minor issues to be aware of, the resort's strengths in quality, pricing, and innovativeness make it a good value for the price. One issue that stood out was the problem with bed bugs and cockroaches in one of the rooms, which was reported by several guests. This is a major concern for any resort, and it's essential for the management to take steps to address this issue and ensure that all rooms are clean and pest-free.Despite this issue, the resort has many positive aspects, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness are notable. The location is also convenient for families and couples, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Overall, Westgate Towers Resort is a good choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Disney.
