The Western Union location at Building 8458, Lockwood Ridge Rd Road in Sarasota City provides a convenient service for sending and receiving money transfers from Indonesia. The parking area is easily accessible, and the entrance is wheelchair friendly, making it a welcoming space for everyone. However, the exchange rates can be checked and tracked online, which might be a bit inconvenient for some customers. The working hours are quite extended, allowing customers to visit at various times, including evenings and weekends. Unfortunately, some customers have reported poor customer service, with a few employees being described as rude and unfriendly.Overall, the location seems to be meeting its purpose, but there is clearly room for improvement in terms of service quality. It's worth noting that the parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for customers with mobility issues. The location appears to be well-maintained, but some customers have reported poor customer service, which is a major drawback.
