Western Union location on W Hillsborough Ave in Tampa City is quite accessible, with on-site parking and wheelchair-friendly entrance and parking lot. Working hours seem to be very convenient, as the location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was able to track and send money online, but I didn't check exchange rates on site. The employee I interacted with, Jose, was very friendly and nice. I appreciate that I can receive and send money transfers from Indonesia using this service. It would be beneficial to know more about fees and commission that may apply to transfers. There is no information about any loyalty programs or special promotions available at this location. It looks like it's always very busy at this location, especially late at night.
