ICI Homes is a well-established construction company located at Building 14095, Suwannee Lk Dr Drive, Dade City City. They are known for their custom home building services and have a good reputation among clients. The quality of their work is decent, but not exceptional. They have received some positive feedback from clients who have praised their building skills and attention to detail. However, the pricing for their services is quite competitive, making them an attractive option for those looking to build a custom home. One potential drawback is that they may not be the most innovative company in the industry. They seem to stick to traditional methods and designs, which may not appeal to clients looking for something more modern and cutting-edge.The company has a strong online presence, with a well-designed website that showcases their work and services. They also have a good rating on third-party review sites, indicating a level of trust and satisfaction among their clients.Despite some areas for improvement, ICI Homes is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable custom home builder in the area. One thing that stands out is that the homes they build are not affordable for everyone, which may be a limitation for some clients.
