This surgical center has received generally positive reviews from clients. The staff is often praised for being friendly, caring, and professional. Many clients have had excellent experiences with their procedures, citing the center's cleanliness, modern facilities, and efficient services. However, there are some concerns about billing issues and communication breakdowns. One client even reported a tragic outcome due to the center's alleged lack of care. It is worth noting that the center's working hours are a bit unorthodox, with extended hours on Fridays and unusual hours on Saturdays. The center's accessibility features are a plus, with wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, and restroom. NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted for payment. However, the issue with overcharging a client and not making a timely effort to rectify the situation raises concerns about the center's financial management and customer service. Some clients have mentioned that they had to wait a while to resolve billing issues, which could be improved. Overall, the center seems to have a good reputation, but some concerns about quality control and customer service need to be addressed.
