I recently had a disappointing experience with this business location. The address is Building 6009, 15th St E Street, Bradenton City, and they can be reached by phone at +19417538225. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be prioritizing customer concerns. One of the main issues is their lack of responsiveness, which can lead to further damage and frustration for homeowners. It's clear that they don't take customer satisfaction seriously, which is reflected in their low ratings. Despite their web presence at https://www.wblcompany.com/contact/, it's not easy to get in touch with them or resolve issues. It's a shame, as their co-brands like West Bay Landscape could have been a great asset. Unfortunately, their lack of care for customers' properties and well-being makes it difficult to recommend them. One major concern is the company's complete disregard for property damage, which is unacceptable. This is not the kind of service you'd expect from a business that specializes in landscaping and development.
