This location seems to be quite a mixed bag. While some customers have had great experiences with the company, others have been left feeling frustrated and ripped off. Some of the positive comments mention that the company is thorough and can help with a variety of data loss incidents, while others praise the professionalism and diligence of the staff. However, there are also several complaints about long delays in recovering data, high fees, and poor communication. One customer even reported being completely scammed by the company. It seems like the company has some great strengths, but also some significant weaknesses. If you're considering using this location, be sure to do your research and understand the potential risks and rewards. One major issue that stands out is the company's inconsistent service quality. While some customers have had their data recovered quickly and efficiently, others have been left waiting for months or even years with no progress. This lack of consistency is a major concern and should be taken into account when deciding whether or not to use this location.Additionally, some customers have reported being taken advantage of by the company's high fees and lack of transparency. It's essential to understand the costs and expectations before working with this company to avoid any potential financial losses.
