I visited this Wendy's location in North Port City, and my experience was average at best. The quality of the food was decent, but not outstanding. The prices were reasonable, but not the cheapest option in the area. One of the main issues I encountered was the inconsistent quality of the food. Some of my orders were correct, but others were incorrect or incomplete. For example, I ordered a Baconator with no bacon, but they still put bacon on it. I also received a Jr. Frosty that was not frozen properly. The staff seemed to be friendly and welcoming, but they were often slow to respond to requests and made mistakes. I had to ask multiple times for simple things like ketchup and napkins. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, but the parking lot was a bit cramped and difficult to navigate. The drive-thru was also a bit slow, but the staff were friendly and apologetic.Despite the issues, I did have some positive experiences at this location. The breakfast menu was a highlight, and the breakfast burritos were delicious. The staff were also friendly and attentive when I complained about the mistakes.Overall, I would give this location 3 out of 5 stars. While it was not the worst Wendy's I've ever visited, it was definitely not the best. With a bit more attention to detail and consistency, this location could be a top-performing Wendy's.One major issue I experienced was the inability to pay with cash in the lobby. This is a significant drawback, especially for customers who prefer to use cash or have limited access to credit cards.
