I had a very positive experience with Spirit Realty of FL, particularly with Wendy O'Brien, who handled my family's real estate needs with professionalism and care. The office itself has a free parking lot, which is convenient for visitors. The business is also wheelchair accessible, both in terms of parking and entrance.
