This business location has a mix of positive and negative experiences. While some visitors praise the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, others have had issues with customer service, parking, and accessibility. The building itself is described as beautiful and reminiscent of a bygone era, but the overpriced parking and confusing payment system have been major turn-offs. One visitor had a horrible experience with a lost card and was left frustrated with the bank's response. However, others have had positive experiences with the staff, particularly Benjamin, who is praised for his kindness and thoroughness. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus, but overall, the business scores an average rating of 3.1 out of 5. The parking situation is a major issue that needs to be addressed, as it has been consistently cited as a problem by multiple visitors.
