WebSolutions Florida is a web hosting company and IT service provider located in Riverview City. The company specializes in digital marketing solutions, custom website designs, and SEO services. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with Sandy being a standout team member who takes the time to explain the workings of web design and offers valuable suggestions. The company's website is accessible and user-friendly, with a clear description of their services and contact information. The working hours are reasonable, with extended hours on Saturdays and Mondays to Friday. The accessibility feature is also a plus, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. However, there are some concerns regarding the quality of service. A client's experience with Dan from WebSolutions Florida was disappointing, with issues such as misspelled keywords, dead links, and lack of spam protection. The client felt that the prices were steep and the work was not up to modern standards. The company's refusal to listen to clients and provide access to their websites is also a major issue.Despite these concerns, the company has received positive reviews and has been rated 3.0 by third-party ratings. The owners are responsive and appreciate feedback from clients. Overall, WebSolutions Florida is a decent option for those looking for web hosting and IT services, but potential clients should be aware of the quality concerns and carefully review the services before committing.
