I had a very positive experience with We Insure Alys Insurance Solutions. From the very beginning, the team was helpful and responsive, answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The agent, Mike Hanke, was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain everything in a clear and concise way. He worked with multiple carriers to find the best possible rate for me, and his customer service was top-notch. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care that the team showed. One thing to be aware of is that, while Mike Hanke is an excellent agent, there was one situation where a customer had a very poor experience with him. This customer reported that Mike sold them insurance that ultimately denied their claim for over $10,000 in damages, and that he then refused to work with them to resolve the issue. This is a serious concern, and I would encourage potential customers to carefully research and vet the agency before making a decision.
