This business location is well-suited for those looking for a relaxing and enjoyable boat tour experience. The staff, including Captain Brian and Captain E, are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the trip enjoyable for families with children. The boats are comfortable and well-maintained, offering a smooth ride. However, some customers may experience communication issues, as evidenced by one customer's cancellation without prior notice. It's worth noting that the location caters to a wide range of customers, including those with mobility issues, thanks to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot. The staff is also accommodating, as seen in one customer's special request for a sunset tour on their birthday. Overall, this business offers a great experience, with minor issues that can be improved upon.
