This location is a great place to live, but it seems that some issues with maintenance and accessibility have been reported. The community has a nice neighborhood feel, with a great security service and beautiful grounds. The residents can enjoy a pool, gym, and boat riding. However, the pool is sometimes closed due to a lock being on it. There have been complaints about being towed and being charged extra money for repairs that were not made by previous tenants.
